Leo Ghantous began his law career working at a large firm where the objective was to spend as little time as possible actually speaking to clients. He felt that clients deserved more time and attention. Leo wanted to show his clients he truly cared about their case, and what they were going through. Armed with the belief in client communication, he started his own practice in a tiny office in what was once known as Savings Center Tower. He answered his own phone, prepared and filed his own pleadings, and kept his own calendar.

Today, his dream of providing personal care to accident and injury victims has expanded into a successful practice in the City of Peoria. His practice has taken him all over the State of Illinois, from as far north as the City of Chicago to as far south as the City of East Saint Louis.

As the firm has grown and additional attorneys have joined the team, Leo's commitment has never changed. He values his clients, and he believes in frequent communication to ensure the best results for each and every case. He handles firm inquiries directly and often visits clients in their homes.

Educational Background

Leo graduated from Bradley University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Public Relations. He then graduated in 1983 from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan.

Leo was admitted into the Illinois Bar in 1984, and the following bar admissions:

Employment Background

Leo worked as an assistant public defender for several years in Peoria County, where he gained experience from trying numerous cases. He also taught classes at Illinois Central College and at Midstate College.
